What are the delivery times?

The order processing times may vary depending on the ordered products.

For non-personalized items, the order processing and delivery times are 5 to 7 business days.

For items requiring customization, the order processing and delivery times are 7 to 15 business days.

We use Canada Post for shipping your packages.

What are the delivery fees?

Delivery is currently free within Canada for order over 20$.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Madame Pain products are exclusively available through home delivery. As a very young company, we currently do not have the necessary facilities to offer in-person pickup as an option.

Who is the carrier for Madame Pain's creations?

We use Canada Post letter mail services.

What should I do in case of an error in the name or number of my pet?

In case of an error or typo, please contact our customer service at info@madamepain.com as soon as possible.

Don't forget to mention your order number.

What is the return policy?

In case of manufacturing defects, we will be happy to exchange the defective product.

Please note that personalized products are not exchangeable or refundable. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at info@madamepain.com.

We may offer you a credit or a refund. The refund or credit will be processed upon receipt of the accessory at our offices. The product must be in sellable condition and in its new state.

Shipping costs related to the return of a product are not refundable.

How to know if the size is suitable for my pet?

Generally, Madame Pain's creations are suitable for adult cats or small dogs.

How are the collar designs created?

You'll see, it's pretty cool! All our designs and illustrations are created by Vanessa, the mom of Madame Pain.

Each design is therefore one-of-a-kind and represents passions or facets of Lily's personality (Madame Pain's nickname).
